Added Source Inversion Validation: Strike-Slip Point-Source and Strike-Slip Extended Fault benchmarks.

# Source Inversion Validation: Strike-Slip Point-Source and Strike-Slip Extended Fault
This directory contains input and output for the strike-slip point-source (ssp0) and strike-slip extended fault (ssef0) setups of the source inversion validation benchmark database.
All runs are forward simulations with the goal of testing EDGE's forward solver.

## Setup
The setup consists of a simulation box (flat topography) and layered velocity model.
Source is either a single point source (ssp0) or a discretization of a rupture with spatial variations in slip, rise time and rupture time (ssef0).
All source time functions are a simple boxcar (linear slip).

# Runtime configs of the forward simulation
This directory contains the runtime configurations for the forward simulations.
Used command:

./generate_configs.js
```
Manually padded the last for source configs in `gen/iso_13.xml`.
